Precautions
1.The flux shall be dried at 300–350 °C for 2 hours before use.
2.Prior to welding, remove all impurities from the base metal surface, including rust, primer, oil, grease, carbon-arc gouging scale, and welding slag.
Description: H09MnNiDR is a submerged arc welding wire for 3.5%Ni low-temperature steels. It features low sulfur and phosphorus content and offers good low-temperature toughness.
Applications: When paired with fluxes such as GQ216, it is suitable for submerged arc welding of –70 °C low-temperature steels used in pressure vessels for the coal chemical and petrochemical industries, such as H09MnNiDR steel.
