Radiographic Testing Requirement for Welds: Grade I
Precautions
1.The flux shall be dried at 300–350 °C for 2 hours before use.
2.Prior to welding, remove all impurities from the base metal surface, including rust, primer, oil, grease, carbon-arc gouging scale, and welding slag.
Description: H15Mn2A is a carbon steel submerged arc welding wire with high manganese and low silicon content. When used with suitable fluxes, the deposited metal exhibits excellent mechanical properties.
Applications: When paired with fluxes such as SJ101 and SJ101G, it is used for submerged arc welding of carbon steels and low-alloy high-strength structural steels, such as Q345 steel structures.
