SAW Wire

YL-ENi1K

Description:ENi1K is a submerged arc welding wire for 1.5%Ni low-temperature steels. GQ215 is a fluorine-basic agglomerated flux with a basicity of approximately 2.0–2.3. It is supplied in granular form and offers a stable arc, easy slag removal, and excellent weld appearance. The deposited metal exhibits excellent low-temperature toughness. Applications:It is used for welding 1.5%Ni low-alloy low-temperature steels operating at temperatures down to –50 °C. Main Chemical Composition of the Welding Wire(%)

Precautions

1.The flux shall be dried at 300–350 °C for 2 hours before use.

2.Prior to welding, remove all impurities from the base metal surface, including rust, primer, oil, grease, carbon-arc gouging scale, and welding slag.
