Precautions
1.The flux shall be dried at 300–350 °C for 2 hours before use.
2.Prior to welding, remove all impurities from the base metal surface, including rust, primer, oil, grease, carbon-arc gouging scale, and welding slag.
Description:
1. A high-strength submerged arc welding wire for pipeline steels, suitable for X60, X65, X70, and similar grades.
2. Manufactured from high-purity wire rod with an optimized alloy system, featuring extremely low levels of phosphorus, sulfur, and other impurities.
3. During welding, it provides a stable arc, easy slag removal, and a smooth, well-formed weld bead.
Applications:
Pipelines, boilers, pressure vessels, and similar applications.
