Welding wire EM12K, H08MnA is copper-coated  SAW welding wire for carbon steel. It has excellent welding performance, stable burning arc, smooth weld pass, easy slag peeling. EM12K wire could meet the requirement of high energy input multi-layer welding, multi-pass welding, double sided-single pass welding, high speed welding, etc.
 

Application:


EM12K wire is widely used for carbon steel (Q195, Q235, Q215), relatively low grade low alloy steel (16Mn, 16MnCu) in boiler, vessel pressure, bridge building, shipbuilding industry. Suitable welding flux recommended: HJ431, SJ101, SJ301, SJ501, etc.
