Description:          welding flux SJ605 is fluoride based highly basic agglomerated flux, with grey color and granular shape. The grain size is 10-40 mesh. It is neutral in metallurgy behavior. It is featured with excellent welding performance, stable arc, easy slag removal, smooth weld bead. Weld metal has low level of impurities and high impact toughness at low temperature. Diffusible hydrogen content in weld metal is less than 4.0ml/100g. Welding flux SJ605 is applicable for fine grained low-temperature steel and high strength steel, such as low temperature pressure vessels, storage tanks, gas/oil pipeline, offshore construction, nuclear industry, etc.
