Welding Electrode E7018, J5016Fe

E7018 (J506Fe) is low hydrogen welding electrode for carbon steel. It could operate on both DC/AC and perform all-position welding. As coating powders contain extra iron fines, it has high deposition rate. Welding electrode E7018 has good mechanical properties. Welding performance is featured with stable arc, low spatter, easy slag peeling, etc.
Application:
It is used for structural steel applications of carbon steel and low alloy steel, like 16Mn.
